Good News in Stowell Case

For those who may have missed it, Marilyn Milos has announced positive developments in William Stowell's circumcision lawsuit.

David Llewellyn, an Atlanta lawyer who is perhaps the leading litigator in the legal crusade against circumcision, just called from Long Island where Judge Wexler of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, Eastern Division, heard oral arguments in the William Stowell lawsuit. He denied the Defendants' (circumcising doctor and the hospital) Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim.

This means that William's case has merit and will move forward. Next, the attorneys will be deposing the parties involved.
